Hola! Kerstin has been vacationing on Lanzarote with her husband Fred for many years; since 2025, Uschi and Michael have joined them, discovering a love for the island’s culinary delights and its truly unique wines. Now that autumn has returned to the Werdenfels region, we want to recapture a bit of that holiday feeling and share it with our guests. We are delighted to have secured the El Grifo winery—a place that has long been on Kerstin’s list of must-visit spots on the Spanish island—for a winemaker’s dinner at 4Eck on October 30, 2026. The six-course menu crafted by Yannick and Andi will feature dishes such as *cabritillo* (kid goat), *papas arrugadas* (wrinkled potatoes), and *sancocho canario* (Canarian fish stew), all paired with El Grifo’s finest wines. And, of course, the evening wouldn’t be complete without a *carajillo* to finish.
