Nik Weis & 4Eck

This year we have a very special dinner surprise for Thanksgiving on November 28th at 4Eck. There will be a winemaker’s dinner, exclusively with Nik Weis himself. The Riesling winery Nik Weis – St. Urbans-Hof has been a member of the renowned Association of German Prädikat Wineries (VDP) since 2000. Its vineyards stretch around 60 kilometers along the Moselle and Saar rivers and are cultivated in a traditional manner in harmony with nature. It was this sustainability – in addition to the excellent wine taste of course – that motivated us to integrate these wines into the 4Eck menu and the positive feedback from our guests confirmed this. We were so pleased about the offer of a winemaker’s dinner. In collaboration with Peter Laffin, Michel Zscharschuch and the Nik Weis St. Urbans-Hof winery, a menu was written that also focuses on the components of regionality and sustainability and our local suppliers and includes such wonderful wines as the Wiltinger Alte Rebe, Slate Riesling or a Pinot Noir 2020. This evening the 4Eck is only open to the exclusive group of wine lovers, so that you can enjoy the evening private.
