The 4Eck cooking classes are exclusively bookable for groups. However, since we’ve repeatedly received requests from individual guests who wanted a cooking class with our kitchen crew, but there weren’t enough participants, we now also offer cooking classes for individuals on selected dates. The classes start at 3 p.m. under the motto “Everyone can cook!” We’ll work in small groups, live in the kitchen with tips from the 4Eck kitchen crew, and also at the bar. After the cooking class (please wear non-slip, closed-toe shoes; aprons will be provided), we’ll enjoy a 4-course meal with wine pairings (water and coffee are included) at a large table in the 4Eck, reserved exclusively for the cooking class. This meal will also include the day’s work. The next date is October 15, 2025, with a very special theme: the motto of this year’s GaPa schmeckt’s weeks, “Hop, malt & grain.”

For everyone who prefers to eat rather than to cook because they even let the water burn… We’ll show you the basics and simple but tasty dishes with which you can amaze your friends at your next invitation.

• The minimum number of participants for all cooking courses is 6 people and a maximum of 12 people can take part.

• All participants must wear non-slip, closed-toe shoes.

• During the cooking course, the 4Eck is closed to other guests. In the evening, an exclusive reservation is possible upon request and may be subject to an additional charge.

• Cooking courses can be booked from Monday to Thursday; Fridays and Saturdays are available upon request and may incur an additional charge. We require a lead time of at least one week when making a reservation in order to be able to plan our employees accordingly.

• Individual requests and special requests are also possible.
